About Louisiana Press
We are dedicated to our clients and the newspaper industry. LA Press Advertising is a service offered through the Louisiana Press Association, a trade association established in 1880 to unite the weekly and daily newspapers of the state into a voluntary, cooperative, educational association to promote and protect the welfare of the Louisiana newspaper publishing industry.

- LA Press Advertising will send you an itemized quote. Once approved, LA Press Advertising sends all insertion orders to the newspapers and, if desired, will traffic your ad to the newspapers ordered.
- As the schedule runs, LA Press Advertising gathers all tearsheets.
- One Bill: You will receive an itemized invoice with tearsheets attached. The invoice lists each newspaper with the run date, ad size, cost per paper and total amount due. Any agency commissions received from the newspaper are passed on to you. By utilizing the LA Press Advertising service, you have eliminated the time-consuming task of reconciling news-paper invoices. The order will have been pre-approved by you in the quoting process.
- One Check: You pay for your advertising order with a single check. LA Press Advertising will immediately remit payment to the newspapers. It's that simple!
