This sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is organized, sponsored, and conducted by LOUISIANA PRESS ASSOCIATION, INC. and its subsidiaries, owners, agents, and employees (hereinafter known collectively as “LPA”). The following rules shall apply to the Sweepstakes and all participants and winners:

• No purchase necessary. One valid entry per participant.

• You must be 21 years of age or older at time of entry to be eligible for this Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

• Winners will be notified by email. If for any reason a winner is unreachable after seven (7) days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected, after which point the original winner shall not be entitled to any prizes. If an eligible winner cannot be found for the prize, that prize will not be awarded.

• LPA reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value.

• LPA reserves the right to restrict the local winners to only persons whose primary residence is within a 60-mile radius of 404 Europe Street, Baton Rouge, LA 70802.

• Employees, contractors, and any board members of LPA, its respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible to participate.

• Sweepstakes participants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the LPA, who shall be the sole Sweepstakes Commissioners, and such decisions are final on all matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes.

• Participants further grant to LPA the right to use and publish their proper names and their likeness for use in online and print or any other media in connection with the Sweepstakes.

• LPA reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Sweepstakes, including information on participants obtained through the Sweepstakes, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.

• The Sweepstakes and all of the related pages and contents, including printed or published images and names of participants and winners, are the copyright of LPA. Copying or unauthorized use of any copyrighted materials, trademarks or any other intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.

• Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, and each participant, by participating in this Sweepstakes, agrees to release LPA and all Sweepstakes sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.

• LPA is not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters, pandemics, or acts of man or God.

• All results posted are unofficial until any winners respond to their e-mail notifications of having won.

• Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form W-9. LPA reserves the right to withhold prizes until a completed form W-9 is received. If the W-9 is not received within seven (7) days of the winner being declared, that winner may be disqualified at the sole discretion of LPA.

• This Sweepstakes is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that a participant is using the Sweepstakes for gambling purposes they will be disqualified and reported to authorities.

• LPA reserves the right to change the rules of or terminate this Sweepstakes at any time without notice to any participant or winner.
